I think everyone needs toget retrained todo their jobs. Inever needed dental work til one day Ineeded afillin. Iget myfillin, ithurts weeks and months later. Icalled afew times and complained aboutit. Iwas told they may have todo more dental work but first come into see what’s the issue. Ihaven’t heard back from them inmonths. Icalled again telling them the pain isworsen. Any available appointments later thatday. Iwas told either 2/230orsometime next week. Irushed infrom work, however what bothered mewhile I’m sitting intheir office Ioverheard the receptionist make anappointment for acustomer tocome inlater intheday. Overall this office isout dated, need new workers and just need toactually care totend topeople needs.… – show

I was very impressed with how the staff worked. The receptionists are very friendly & inviting. Iwas attended byDr.Karina Martinez Diaz first & I’m soglad that Idid. She was very nice and very professional, she answered all myquestions. After being inthe excellent care ofDr.Martínez Diaz Iwas attended byDr.Ava who was very professional and also answered all ofthe questions Ihad aswell. Iwould recommend coming here Ihad anexcellent experience Iwas in& out inless then anhour. Ifyou arrive toyou appointment early/on time there islittle tono wait.… – show

The experience was amazing, the staff were more than helpful. And the doctor was more than happy toaccommodate mysensitivity levels during the entire procedure, can definitely recommend for anyone.

Worst place ever.I went here the service from the assistant and the dentist was horrible.I wanted toget aclean instead the did anxray and Iwas told Icouldn't afford the procedure without them even knowing myfinances.I was esscorted out the room and was told towait bythe front desk and watch the tvscreen which was weird.I was given some paper work and was told Iwill get acall.I never received acall and its been about 8monthsnow. Iwas steryotyped.

I had several emergencies.. each time Ihad towait 6to 8weeks before Ican see the dentist. Not happy with that. Definitely something they have towork onin the future seeing apatient

I'm sothankful Ifound Kane Dental. It's sohard finding adentist office that takes adults and children. The front desk staff isamazing. The dentist are caring, gentle and very informative. Any questions Ihave asked were answered.

I had ahorrible experience here. Iwent tofinish root canal work & ithad been years overdue because ofthe pandemic etc soby now one tooth was broken.Dr. Nashed said hewould try tofix itetc. Iwent ona Tuesday & told him Ifelt abump inthe gum outside the broken tooth & tocheck for anabscess hesaid nonothing isthere. ByThursday (2days later) Ifelt apop inmy mouth & tasted blood/pus & when Ichecked inthe mirror itwas infact aburst abscess. Irushed tothis office & inthe hallway hetakes one look atit and says yea it’s anabscess there’s nothing Ican dotooth has tocomeout. Hesays this inthe hallway infront ofthe front desk. Doesn’t even sit medown. Nohome care instructions were given tome. And Ihad toASK tobe prescribed antibiotics because Iwas not offered hejust told methere’s nothing hecan doand walked away. I’m very disappointed byall ofthis Iwork inthe medical field asa registered nurse and the disregard for meas apatient still astounds meto thisday. The front desk girls are kind and tried tohelp but Iwill never step foot back inthis office again. Beweary.… – show
